Dear Eastern Competitive Trail Ride Association,
My name is Jerri Ostendorf and I write to you today as a member of the Publicity Committee for the rescue group ForeverMorgans.
Our Mission Statement:
ForeverMorgans is an organization of volunteers whose purpose is to be a resource for Morgans in need, whether they are surrendered, rescued from shelters, auctions, kill buyers, or simply removed from potentially dangerous situations. ForeverMorgans wishes to open our virtual barn doors to all Morgans in need of safe and loving homes. We focus on registered Morgans but will consider unregistered Morgans on a case-by-case basis.
You may already be familiar with us via our listserv, through other listservs such as Positively Morgans, or you may have seen our displays at shows. ForeverMorgans is a unique rescue in that it operates almost entirely via the internet, without a physical facility, and has members and supporters from all across the country.

As part of our effort to expand outreach and to find badly needed foster and forever homes, ForeverMorgans would like to ask for your club or association’s help in getting the word out about Morgan rescue. Please consider forwarding this email to your club members or include information about ForeverMorgans on your web site. We would be pleased to reciprocate web site links.
Additionally, ForeverMorgans would be happy to provide any of our promotional materials (brochures, business cards, our PowerPoint presentation) at shows and functions in your area. Whenever possible, we try to staff tables with our own volunteers at such events, but printed and electronic materials can also always be supplied via snail or e-mail.
