NOTES FOR ALL CTR RIDE/DRIVE MANAGERS
Refer to ECTRA Rulebook –Sanctioning pp 19-22
Please refer to download menus for your type of event. Download
all the forms as needed- You are responsible for copying the
number you need.
Score sheets, P&R slips and tri-folds will be mailed to you. The
number of horses you list on your sanctioning form will be how
many score sheets you receive, plus 5 extra sets as a cushion.
Score sheets are printed on two- part, carbonless paper. Use one
sheet, PER JUDGE, PER HORSE. This means you will need TWO
score sheets per horse. The white/original will be submitted with
ride results upon completion of event, the yellow/copy will be
given to contestant.
Please make sure, well in advance of your event, that you have
sufficient score sheets. Use the score sheets you are sent, please
disregard the year on the sheet- the sheets are not changed yearly.
After the event, while contestants are still on the grounds, collect
all the evaluation sheets, and send to the person/persons noted at
the bottom.
Make sure you have a current Rulebook- this can be downloaded and printed off the website. Membership applications are also
available on the website, and should be included in ride packets of
non-members.
FOLLOWING the event - send the following forms within 16
days to:

1. Ride/Drive Results sheets- 1 per event- use correct sheet for
each distance (this may be emailed)
2. Score sheets- white copy only- yellow goes to contestant
3. Time sheets- Start/Finish
4. Time Sheets- Hold
5. P/R Slips- Hold
6. P/R Slips –Final
7. Master P/R sheets
8. Hold vet sheet
9. ECTRA Rider/Driver/Horse number sheet (optional)
NOTE: It is very important to return all timer, vet, and P&R
sheets and slips, along with the score sheets, evaluations etc.,
so that if there are any discrepancies or problems, they can be
resolved by studying the returned materials.

HINTS FOR FIRST TIME MANAGERS:
1. Ride/Drive evaluations are to be filled out AFTER the ride is
completed, and riders/drivers have received their score
sheets.
2. Make sure your entry form has a space for ECTRA rider and
horse numbers- otherwise, you have to fill out Rider/Driver/
Horse number sheet. Make sure these numbers are ON the
score sheets.
